The large heated swimming pool is the centrepiece of the generous south-facing terrace, surrounded by lush mature gardens brimming with palm trees, flowering plants, and tropical shrubs. A shaded pergola area offers the perfect place to unwind – whether you’re sipping morning coffee, enjoying a long lunch at the al fresco dining table, firing up the BBQ, or relaxing with a book on the comfortable outdoor sofas.

We arrived the day after the sandstorms had hit so was a little apprehensive at first but the villa / staff and amenities could not be faulted. When we first arrived, the team were still doing the clean up and we were taken aback at how much work they had to do - the pool was filthy - there was sand everywhere and we were worried it would not be sorted the same day. We got changed into something lighter as it was hot, left our luggage and headed into Paradise Beach for the day. We got back to the Villa around 4pm and it was spotless - not a grain of sand in sight. The pool was lovely and clean and we were shocked at how hard they must have worked to get the Villa ready for us. We were also left some wine, beers, crisps, bread, juice etc which was a lovely touch. We went as a family of 8 and not once were we under each others feet. The Villa has an excellent lay out. Its a short walk down onto the beach which is beautiful. There are lots of shops and resturants nearby. We went to the Super Dino to do a big shop on our first day - only 3 euro in a taxi and worth it as everything is much cheaper. If you want anything quick and small there is a small shop attached to the hotel at the end of the street which is handy. We would 100% go back as a family and really enjoyed our time at Villa CoCo! 1 week just wasn't long enough.

Villa CoCo is a terrific villa and is exactly as the owners and various reviews describe it. We rented Villa CoCo for sixteen nights for a family group of eight of various ages. Initial contact with Dan, the owner, was very positive and encouraging with the rental contract process being very straight forward. The villa is beautifully appointed with excellent fixtures and fittings. A welcome pack of initial basic provisions which included wine were waiting for us on arrival. The villa is kept immaculately clean by Dan’s very competent and pleasant staff. Any problems or queries we encountered were quickly and efficiently dealt with. Our special thanks to Paul who resolved a problem of our own making without hesitation and resolved things within a couple of hours. As others have mentioned the pool is a nice large one with sensible depths for six footers and kept at a pleasant temperature – whilst we were there we had some unsettled and quite chilly February weather but the heated pool meant that the younger ones could still enjoy the pool. There is a great barbeque that coped easily with dinner for eight of us – using it was a treat. I could say a lot more about this villa but other reviews have said it all. For first timers, Lanzarote is an interesting island. Time is well spent visiting the various volcanic sites in the National Parks and the houses of Cesar Manrique. Lanzarote’s revered artist. For teenagers I would also mention surfing at Famara Beach on the North West of the island which has great, consistent surf conditions similar to or better than good days in Cornwall. On Dan’s recommendation we hooked up with Augustin & Monica of Kaboti Surf who have a shop in Playa Blanca - www.kabotisurf.com . Our teenagers were surfing with Augustin every morning they were with us. I do recommend a car as central Playa Blanca is a good walk away. A couple of times we walked down there for dinner but cabbed it back. Lastly I would like reiterate that Dan and Michelle are truly great villa owners in every respect and we all felt privileged to able to stay in Villa CoCo.

Villa Coco is an absolute delight. It is classy, beautifully appointed, well cared for/served and has excellent fixtures/fittings and kitchen ware. The beds are extremely comfortable and there are masses of towels and good cushions. The bathrooms are all first class. We were a group of nine: 2 grandparents, 5 people in their 30s and 2 small children - and the Villa was perfect for us - with lots of space to have privacy and peace and quiet, plus excellent spaces for all being together and eating , swimming and enjoying each other's company. We were lucky to have a week of lovely weather - not TOO hot but lots of sunshine and perfect for lazing about in. We barbecued three times - perfect, and then ate out in Playa Blanca the rest of the time. You really do need a car. We had two vehicles and that was OK. We walked down into Playa Blanca a couple of times - but didn't fancy the trek back - but the taxi was only 3.50euros We hadn't been to Lanzarote before - not pretty I'm afraid but if you just want sun and sea and relaxation then it's good. We walked up the 'red mountain' volcano which is just near the Villa - great. Finally, Dan & Michelle who own the Villa couldn't have been more helpful about absolutely everything - we got excellent paperwork/maps/info from them before we went, plus lots of help with any little query about anything. Overall - this was a classy holiday - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely villa to anyone

Villa Coco was absolutely perfect. We were 6 adults and a baby the villa was very well equipped and suited all our needs. The outside area was great we made good use of the BBQ & pool. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. will definitely be going back again.

Villa Coco is a family friendly villa with a stunning pool and high quality modern facilities. The owners are extremely helpful and the villa was spotlessly clean. All facilities are of the highest standard and the villa easily accommodates 10 people with plenty of spaces to relax. It is situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. perfect to access all of Playa Blanca's beaches and restaurant. Just around the corner is the wonder family-safe Flamingo beach and many of Playa Blanca's best restaurants. The owners Dan and Michelle are extremely helpful hosts and a warm welcome awaits you. I would definitely stay there again.
