The villa offers five well-designed bedrooms:
Two spacious king-size suites, one with a luxurious en suite and both with direct access to the terrace.
Three twin bedrooms, perfect for children or friends, served by two additional bathrooms (one en suite, one adjacent).
Outside, Villa CoCo truly shines. The large heated swimming pool is the centrepiece of the generous south-facing terrace, surrounded by lush mature gardens brimming with palm trees, flowering plants, and tropical shrubs. A shaded pergola area offers the perfect place to unwind – whether you’re sipping morning coffee, enjoying a long lunch at the al fresco dining table, firing up the BBQ, or relaxing with a book on the comfortable outdoor sofas.

Couldn’t fault Villa Coco. Great facilities and within a nice walking distance of the sea and town centre. Dan’s personal touches were much appreciated particularly the delicious chocolate birthday cake he surprised my son with for his 15th birthday! Didn’t want to come home! .

What a lovely villa! We cannot recommend Villa CoCo highly enough. We travelled as two families with adults and children and there was an abundance of room for us all. In fact we barely saw the children as they moved rapidly from the heated. safe and charming swimming pool to the welcome cool of the air conditioned living area and back out again to the pool table. As adults we were spoilt for choice with activities ranging from doing nothing by the pool, doing nothing on the comfy patio furniture or doing nothing by the purpose built bbq. The villa is extremely well equipped and has clearly been created by owners who care for quality, sophistication and above all practicality. We will certainly be back and have already begun to plan our next visit!

My family and I (5 Adults, 2 teenagers and 3 children under 5) stayed at villa Coco June 2022. It was literally amazing! We walked in and all ten of us went running in and out of each room screaming and jumping up and down with happiness. It was bigger than expected. more luxurious and defiantly more beautiful than the pictures. From booking to coming home Dan has been the perfect host. Easy booking, fabulous communication and meticulous attention to detail in our information pack! Not to mention directions from the airport that my 2 year old could follow. I would recommend this villa to anyone but particularly to families. There is enough space for everyone and it is so well laid out that each couple or family can have their own space. The pool was the biggest hit. Clean, perfect temp and perfect size! Couldn’t get the kids out of it and the safety gate meant piece of mind for everyone. I am a very cautious parent and was a little worried about being overlooked and being near main roads etc. It’s not always clear from pictures but I can tell you that the roads/cul de sac front and back of villa where so quiet and the villa is concealed very nicely by bushes and trees but still has a stunning view out to the ocean. I took my baby monior so when the adults were on the terrace we could see the babies but there really was no need. The doors and windows are very secure and made us mums feel at ease. Playa Blanca was stunning and very reasonably priced for a marina, even though we actually only ate out twice! We were just so at home and having so much fun in the villa. I would hands down return to Villa Coco and I would (and have) recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Stayed for a week with 7 adults, a 11 year old, 4 year old and 2 babies. Very clean, plenty of space and fully equipped. Having 4 bathrooms and also 2 cots and high chairs was a bonus. Pool was warm and clean and having a patio area with a gate was great. Security system was reassuring. The welcome pack when we arrived was helpful and the owners were really kind in providing a Birthday cake for my husband. Would definately recommend in staying in villa Coco as it lived up to all our expectations. Couldn't fault it

Villa CoCo is well equipped with nice personal touches including a very generous welcome pack and a personal visit to provide information on the area and the villa. Villa CoCo is exceptionally clean and luxurious. We went as a group of 8 friends and there was ample room for everyone to have their own space. The three patio tables along the large patio were very useful and it was great to be able to choose whether to be in the sun or in the shade. Amazing views of Fuerteventura too! The swimming pool was spotlessly clean and the chaps in our group enjoyed several games of pool challenges - all good fun. Being able to eat al fresco by the BBQ was very relaxing too. Located near the foot of Montana Roja, which we climbed early on a Monday morning. Highly recommended to appreciate the stunning views at the top and geography. We found lots of great places to eat in Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicon - no shortage of choice. We hired a car and toured the national park, Puerto Calero, Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise. Highly recommended villa and hope to return. Villa CoCo is all on one level and has a gated pool (safe for children) so it is idea for all generations of the family. Dan and Michelle, our hosts were very easy to deal with and provided lots of valuable information prior to our holiday.

oh my - its not usual that I would gush so much about a single location, however Villa Coco provided the most perfect idyllic and 100% holiday that we were looking for. Where do I start - Well I travelled with my disabled 80yr old parents, two sisters and our partners. The communal areas gave us ample space to navigate each other. sit comfortably as a group, prepare meals en masse in the giant kitchen and avoided any claustrophobic moments whilst spending a week together. The bedrooms were just divine and again enabled all of us to feel that we had our own private space when needed. The terrace is a huge glorious sun trap and kept us warm and sheltered on the days when the lanzarote winds decided to come out to play... We ate on the terrace every lunchtime and indeed every evening if we hadn't ventured out. If we were not dining in, then we were on the terrace laughing over a game of cards. completely secluded and of no annoyance to anyone else or disturbed by our neighbours such was the design. The pool was lovely and warm as was the comfortable sun loungers around it. Upon arrival a very thoughtful selection of goodies welcomed us - bread, milk, hams, cheeses etc along with a good couple bottles of wine and soft drinks. We were also spolt with a beautiful and personal birthday cake for my mother who was celebrating her birthday whilst we were there. I have to stress that if you are travelling as a large group - this is the perfect villa - although we are a close family. It was set up to enable us to spend time apart either working, sunning ourselves, catching up on the news or just chilling in individual areas all at the same time. Two thanks - Dan and Michelle for creating the perfect space and your assistance prior to us arriving. Paul - the chef from La Bocaina who came in and prepared two super meals for us to enjoy in our own temporary home. Highly recommend the experience.

We recently staying in Villa Coco as a family of 5. BOOKING - The booking process was very easy and Dan sent us lots of tip and advise before arriving VERY HELPFUL. THE VILLA - When arriving the Villa was immaculately clean and modern. We where greeted with a fab welcome pack of Wines, beers, milk, cheese, bread and more. Basically enough to keep us going on the first day or two of our holiday. The pool and surrounding pool area was lovely and had three seating areas in the shade. Three bedrooms overlook the pool with sea views. There’s a shop 3 mins walk away from villa.
